While you're there check out the movies we have on DVD. You'll be surprised at what you can
rent for just $3 for 7 days viewing.
To see what we have in stock follow these simple steps:
- Go to the Homepage.
- Click on Catalogue on the menu on the left.
- Click on Advanced on the menu along the top of the box.
- Scroll down to Collection and highlight "DVD"
- Scroll and Click OK
- This will bring up every DVD we have Available, In Processing, On Order, On Loan or In Transit.

Status Details
On Order- Item has been ordered but has not arrived yet. Yes, it can be Reserved on the Public Computers in the libraries
and from our website at www.library.napier.govt.nz on your home computer.
Available- The item should be on the shelf at the said location (Napier or Taradale) in the Collection stated, with the given
Call Number. If it is not, check the trolleys at the end of the Non-Fiction isles or the Just Returned shelves in Fiction. Still no
luck, ask at the Issues Desk. Remember you cannot reserve a book that has the available status.
Physical Processing- Item has arrived and is being processed by the Asset Team. Processing is often slow due to limited staff
resource. Your reserve however will fast track the item.
On-Loan- The item is out. You can Reserve it and you will be notified by post when it has arrived
In-Transit- The item is between Napier and Taradale libraries. It can be reserved.
