How will this affect you?
For a period of five days (expected dates are 4-9 August 2010), while we merge our data, there will be limited services at the Napier and Taradale libraries.
|
- ONLY issues and returns can be performed at the libraries
- The catalogue will be down over this period
- You will not be able to access your personal accounts or information
- No extended loan charges or accounts will be able to be paid in either of the libraries
- Extended loan charges will still be accruing on items that are overdue
- You will not be able to do any reservations, either from home or through the staff
- NO items will be able to be renewed over this period
- There will be no 'Hastings City Loans' or 'interloans' over this period
- The self issue machines will be out of service over this period
|
|
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
This upgrade will give us an enhanced system for staff to assist customers.
